BopBits is an independent browser game studio and the publisher responsible for bopbits.com and every game hosted on it. The fastest way to reach us is support@bopbits.com. Messages go to the people who maintain the site, not to an outsourced queue, so please write in plain language and include the page URL you are looking at.
We aim to answer within five working days. Reports that affect players — a game that will not load, progress that disappears, an ad that behaves badly — are triaged first.
A game is broken or will not load
Tell us the game name and the URL of the page, the browser and device you used, and what you saw instead of the game. If the game loaded but then misbehaved, describing the last few actions you took is usually enough for us to reproduce it. Screenshots help but are not required.
Progress in BopBits games is stored locally in your browser, so clearing site data, switching devices or playing in a private window will start a game fresh. That is expected behaviour rather than a fault, and it is explained in our Terms of Use.
Advertising and privacy questions
BopBits is funded by Google-served advertising. If an ad on this site looked broken, misleading or out of place, send us the page URL and, where possible, a screenshot — that is enough for us to identify the placement and act on it.
For access, correction or deletion requests, or any other question about the limited data this site uses, write to support@bopbits.com with "Privacy" in the subject line. Our Privacy Policy explains what is collected and what is optional, and you can change your analytics and advertising choices yourself at any time from privacy choices.
Content, rights and takedown claims
BopBits games, artwork, editorial guides and site design are original works published by BopBits or used under an applicable licence. If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, email support@bopbits.com with the exact URL, a description of the work concerned, and how we can verify your claim. We investigate rights claims before responding publicly.
Press, partnerships and portals
We are happy to hear from writers covering browser games, and from portals or platforms interested in licensing a BopBits title. Use the same address and say which game or catalogue you have in mind. Company background, principles and the current catalogue size are on our About page.
What we cannot help with
BopBits has no accounts, no purchases and no in-game currency, so there is nothing to recover, refund or transfer. We also cannot change how a third-party advertiser targets you; personalisation is managed through Google Ads Settings and through the consent choices offered on this site.
